Inside Sales Professional

NeoSpire is a financially stable, privately owned company. Due to strong, consistent growth, we are currently looking for high caliber Sales talent who will continue this momentum as a part of our Sales Team.
The Inside Sales Professional will be responsible for developing new and existing business targeting mid and large sized companies through prospecting and lead generation by utilizing internet resources, internal resources (leads) and building referrals. This is a rewarding career opportunity for a Business-to-Business Inside Sales position that offers paid formal training, sales support and a professional yet casual work environment.
Ideal candidates will have a proven successful technology sales track record and have the ability to prospect, develop and build relationships and close business. Majority of your business development, networking and prospecting is conducted over the telephone and excellent phone skills are a must!
Responsibilities
- Managing the sales lifecycle
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Work quotes to generate the best selling opportunity
- Educate customers on our services
- Follow-up on established clients and grow their accounts
- Develop targeted lists
- Track and manage prospect databases
Job Requirements
- Qualified candidates should have minimum of 1-5 years B2B Technology Sales experience
- Demonstrated experience building pipeline and revenues
- Experience in selling Enterprise products a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven planning and time management skills
- Competency in Office applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work closely as part of a closely-knit Sales team on solution qualification, development and closure
- Ability to create a strong relationships and build relationships with clients and prospects
- Excellent probing and problem identification skills
- Must be self managed and possess a competitive nature and strong desire to succeed
Compensation
Base salary plus an aggressive commission structure that includes monthly and quarterly commissions, bonuses and additional incentives.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
